Dr Dan Smith is a Respiratory & Sleep Physician who has recently joined Bondi Respiratory & Sleep. 
He completed his specialist training through Prince of Wales and St Vincent's hospital, gaining extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of respiratory and sleep disorders. 

In addition to working at our clinic, Dan also currently works as a Staff Specialist General Physician in the Community Assessment Unit at Prince of Wales Hospital. This role has further strengthened his expertise in managing complex and multidisciplinary cases.

He has a strong clinical interest in airways disease, including asthma and COPD, as well as sleep related conditions such as obstructive sleep apnoea. Dan also has particular interest in the interaction of geriatric medicine and respiratory disease, with a focus on providing comprehensive, patient-cantered care to older adults with complex health needs.

Committed to evidence based practice, Dan prioritises clear communication and collaborative care, working closely with patients, families and referring practitioners to achieve the best possible outcomes.
