Rosemary Clancy
Clinical Sleep Psychologist

Rosemary Clancy is a sleep specialist Clinical Psychologist, author of sleep workbook "Unlearning Insomnia & Sleep Medication Dependence", and director of insomnia CBT information website www.letsleephappen.com.au.  She completed a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (Adelaide University) and has held appointments at SWSAHS, The Sydney Clinic, specialist sleep psychologist at Sydney Sleep Centre, and LetSleepHappen.

 

She treats sleep disorders, including insomnia, Circadian Sleep-Wake Disorders, COMISA (comorbid insomnia+OSA), and prescription sleep medication overreliance (outpatient tapering programs) using CBT, ACT & Mindfulness approaches.

Rosemary has been a Clinical Psychologist in Sydney for over 20 years treating sleep, mood, anxiety and substance use disorders.

 

She completed a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Adelaide University, then worked as a Clinical Psychologist with SWSAHS, and since 2008 has been Senior Clinical Psychologist at The Sydney Clinic, Bronte.

 

From 2014 she has been the specialist sleep psychologist at Sydney Sleep Centre, and the Director of LetSleepHappen.

 

Rosemary holds the following Professional accreditation and memberships: Psychologist Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), Medicare Registered Provider of Clinical Psychology Services (Better Access scheme), Workcover registered provider, AHPRA and APS - approved clinical supervisor, Full member of the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society, Full member of the Australasian Sleep Association and Member of AACBT (Australian Association for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy).
